Is creating a profile free?
Yes — creating a profile, verification, search, AI matches and sending a dua are free. The free plan also includes one message, photo request, bio-data request, guardian request and marriage proposal each month. More requests, seeing who viewed you and hiding your profile come with a package.
Can I create my profile by uploading a bio-data or CV?
Yes. Upload your bio-data (PDF, Word or a photo) at the start and AI pre-fills the form; you check and correct each step before saving. The file itself is not stored on our servers.
Will everyone see my photo?
Not unless you want them to. With photos private, only the people you allow can see them, and access closes again when it expires.
Can my parents run my profile for me?
Yes — as a guardian they can follow your progress and make suggestions, and a parent can also run a child’s profile from one account.
How do you keep fake profiles out?
Four layers: a hand check before every profile goes live, mobile and face verification, a spam guard, and reports.
What if someone bothers me?
Block them — they can no longer reach you in any way — and report them if you wish.
What happens if I delete my account?
You can bring it back for up to 90 days; after that all your details are erased for good.
