Halal Nikah does not refund any package or boost purchase. Features start the moment you buy, so every payment is final.

Creating a profile, verification, search and AI matches are free — so explore the app for free before you buy, and check a package's features and period first.

No refund in these cases either

• A change of mind after a package or boost is activated.
• Not finding a spouse during the package — no package guarantees a marriage (Terms of Use, section 8).
• Unused time, or stopping part-way through a package period.
• Deleting your own account or hiding your profile.
• An account suspended or closed for breaking the terms.

If a payment goes wrong

• Money was taken but the payment did not complete: that is an incomplete transaction, not a purchase. The payment gateway returns such money to your account on its own, under your bank's, bKash's, Nagad's or card issuer's rules.
• The payment completed but the package did not activate: write to [email protected] with the transaction number — we check it and activate the package.
