Assalamu alaikum, and welcome to Halal Nikah. Halal Nikah is a life-partner search platform built on Islamic values. Our aim is to help you find a suitable life partner in a safe, respectful and Shariah-compliant environment. By using Halal Nikah you agree to abide by the terms below.

1. Eligibility for membership

  • Only adults lawfully willing to marry may use the service.
  • You must give accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
  • Using anyone else's identity, photos or information is strictly forbidden.

2. Profile review

  • Every new profile is reviewed by our team.
  • Additional information or documents may be requested where necessary.
  • Halal Nikah reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove any profile.

3. Responsibility for your profile

You are fully responsible for all the information on your profile. You will ensure that it is accurate, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it is not misleading.

4. AI and kufu-based matching

Halal Nikah uses AI to suggest prospective life partners on the basis of the information you give, kufu, religious values, education, profession, family information and your preferences. The AI's suggestions are only an aid — they are no guarantee of a marriage, a relationship or any outcome. Before a final decision, verify matters for yourself, pray istikharah, and seek your guardian's advice.

5. Member conduct

You must behave respectfully towards everyone. The following are strictly forbidden:

  • giving false information or using a fake identity
  • using someone else's photos, or deception
  • enticing or pressuring anyone into a financial transaction
  • indecent language, photos or messages
  • harassment, insult, or spreading hatred
  • any unlawful activity

6. Contact and transactions

Once an introduction has been made through Halal Nikah, any contact that follows is the members' own responsibility. Before entering into a financial transaction with anyone, or sharing personal information with them, you will verify matters for yourself.

7. Photos and personal information

  • Use only your own photos.
  • Do not publish anyone else's photos or information without their permission.
  • Permission to view your photos is yours to control.

8. Premium and Royal services

Some special features apply only to Premium and Royal members. These services give additional help in finding a suitable life partner, but are no guarantee of a successful marriage. Each package's price and duration are stated in the app.

9. Suspension or closure of an account

Where there is false information, a breach of these terms, deception, several fake accounts, harassment, or a compromise of the platform's security, Halal Nikah reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Halal Nikah is only a platform for introduction to, and contact with, a prospective life partner. We give no guarantee as to any person, any family, or the success of a marriage. We cannot guarantee that information given by a member is true in every respect; each member is responsible for their own information and conduct.

11. Changes to these terms

Halal Nikah may update these terms as necessary. You will be informed through the app of any significant change.
